Semi-Automatic Stretch Wrapping Machine
Description
The pallet wrapping machine envelops a palleted load with a thin plastic film.
The film is stretched mechanically, and in this condition wrapped around the pallet load.
For this process the load is placed on a turntable and rotates; at the same time the film carriage with the film roll moves vertically on the carriage rail.
The film wrapped around the pallet load is pulled off the film roll via a brake roller and wound tightly around the load. The stretching of the film can be adjusted steplessly for the various palleted materials.
The wrapping produced by the film affords the palleted load a certain protection and bracing in storage and transport.
